This covers the website — what setmind.net itself collects when you visit it or type something into it. Each product has its own policy covering what that product does on your device; Scroll Feet's is here.
The website has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising and no third-party scripts that profile you. It sets no cookies unless you sign in to the admin panel, which only I can do. The one thing it ever collects from a visitor is an email address, and only if you type one into the tester form yourself.

The tester address is stored in Cloudflare R2 storage and is used for that one purpose. It is not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, and never sold or shared. If you submit the same address twice nothing is duplicated.
No cookies are set for visitors. A single session cookie exists for the private admin
panel at /admin, which is mine; it signs a sign-in and sets nothing on
anyone else's browser.
Pages are served by Cloudflare, which processes the request (including your IP address) to deliver the page and block abuse, as any web host must. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google and Google receives that request. If you would rather that did not happen, a content blocker stops it and the pages still work.
Payments are taken on Stripe's own checkout. Stripe handles your card details under its own privacy policy; I never see them. See the Terms & Refund Policy for what happens after a purchase.
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and I will do it. For the tester list that is the whole of it: one email address, removed on request. Email mail@setmind.net from the address in question and it is deleted. No account or form to fill in.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
